Once you're finished shopping, we'll provide your total and direct you to the appropriate checkout option. Our lives are also where you'll find the largest selection of characters and one-of-a-kind creations.
Are all items handmade?
Yes! Every Pink Moon creation is handmade with love by our mother-daughter team. Because each item is crafted by hand, slight variations may occur, making every piece uniquely yours.
Can I request a specific character?
Absolutely! We love helping customers find characters they love whenever possible. Character availability depends on what we currently have in stock, so some requests may not always be available. For the widest selection, we recommend joining one of our TikTok Lives, where you'll be able to see all of our available characters and creations in real time.
Why do prices vary between characters?
Our pricing is based on character availability, rarity, and the cost of sourcing materials. Some characters are more difficult to find than others, which may affect the final price of the finished creation.
How often do you restock?
We add new creations regularly! Many of our newest items and character additions make their first appearance during our TikTok Lives before being added to the website. Follow us on TikTok and check back often so you don't miss out on new arrivals.
What are Ready to Ship items?
Ready to Ship items are already made and ready to find their new home! What you see is exactly what you'll receive. Since these items are completed and photographed in advance, they're perfect for customers who want to shop directly from our website.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically packed and shipped on our designated shipping days. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, live sale events, holidays, and custom requests. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.
What are upgrade fees?
Upgrade fees apply to optional add-ons or customizations, such as adding an extra charm, selecting a longer extender, or other special upgrades. Any applicable upgrade fees will always be discussed before checkout.
Can I combine multiple items into one order?
Yes! If you're shopping during a live or purchasing multiple items, we'll do our best to combine everything into one shipment whenever possible. If you have questions about combining orders, please reach out before your order ships.
